By using Aero Antalya's website and booking servicius, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp or email. A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from Aero Antalya. Prices quoted are per vehicul, not per person, and include all taxes and fees.

2. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation: Cancel up to 24 ore before your scheduled pickup for a full refund.
Late cancellation: Cancellations within 24 ore of the transfer may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-show: If the passenger does not appear at the agreed pickup location, no refund will be issued.

3. Flight Delays

We monitor flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your șofer will wait at no extra charge for up to 60 minute after the actual landing time. For longer delays, please contact us via WhatsApp.

4. Passenger Responsibility

Passengers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off information at the time of booking.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles during the transfer.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

5. Luggage

Standard luggage allowances are listed on the vehicle selection page. For oversized or excessive luggage, please contact us in advance. Aero Antalya is not liable for loss or damage to luggage unless caused by șofer negligence.

6. Liability

Aero Antalya operates fully licensed and insured vehicles. We are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by traffic, road closures, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our servicius after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
